About Knighthawk LLC
Knighthawk LLC was officially formed as a privately-owned enterprise in 2001. To keep up with expansion, tax responsibilities, and an ever-evolving vision of the future the Company filed with the State of Nevada in late 2006 to become the Knighthawk LLC we all know and love today. Knighthawk LLC is legally a Nevada Series Limited Liability Company as well as a Dragonfyre Company. It runs like most LLCs except that it is organized in a number of divisions called 'Series' that represent, for the purpose of this webpage, rental properties/units. Currently Series A-G are available to the public to rent for residential and small business occupation/use and encompass basically 26 rental units across three states. In addition, Knighthawk LLC advises/consults with other entities, governments, and people throughout the world on a wide array of matters.
Knighthawk LLC's Mission
Knighthawk LLC's mission is to provide people seeking rental property with a great place to live and/or conduct business for a great price. The purpose of this website is to display our rental properties/units by location, to allow the public to get the most information that they can about a possible place to live, even before they arrive at their destination. There is just something great about having an affordable place to live that you can call your own and come back to at the end of the day. Here at Knighthawk LLC we want you to have that same feeling about all our units and are ready to welcome you to our little corner of the world.
History of Knighthawk LLC
Knighthawk LLC began as an idea back around 1992 while its founder was musing over how to make it through life and come out ahead without compromising his integrity or hurting other people. It coalesced into a plan through a rather heinous semester-long project required by a university management course around 1996. Finally, after being a rentor in the 'real world' our Founder took his biggest step yet and bought Series A in 2001. The company grew steadily, primarily centered around the required moves within a 14-year-long career with the US Government and military acquiring about 1 property a year, thereafter. In 2006, just before going on another 'long' trip to a far-away land, the Founder was forced to upgrade the business and Knighthawk LLC was re-born in the beginning of 2007. During his last tour with the military, our Founder decided that our military and government professionals were missing out on beautiful, well-located, and incredibly affordable housing in Del Rio, TX and thus Series G, also known as Sky Ranch Apartments at 102 Ave I, was born.
