I create solutions. It is that simple. I also train, educate, and mentor others to take control of their thoughts and their actions in order to manifest the results that they want. I help empower people so that they continue to get positive results long after I am gone and I have the personal, professional, and 'real world' work experience, as well as the formal academic background, to back up my titles. Whether it is creating better leaders or followers in your organization, improving upon an existing process, creating a new, workable process, or just helping your team or business get more of what they want... or more specifically, what you want from them, I know that I can provide you with useable solutions that will contribute to maintaining or creating a more productive environment. I have both range and depth in my experiences: Managing small, passive-income based business models up to a couple million dollar budgets... culminating in helping to build the Iraqi Air Force with almost a half $Billion yearly budget and almost half $Billion in Equipment. As a 'wartime' ground combat commander of a special operations team in the mountains of Afghanistan, as well as a ‘peacetime’ administrative commander for both Logistics and Operations Support-based units, I have the experience necessary to both Lead, Mentor, and Manage individuals and organizations under the entire range of operating conditions. As a Senior Fighter Pilot and Military Instructor Pilot, I have the technical and engineering background necessary to effectively cooperate with, and guide, the world’s best-trained and elite personnel toward both individual and common goals. As a Senior Advisor and Consultant to the Iraqi Top Military Staff I have literally helped build the Iraqi Air Force from the ground up; helping to create generals, political leaders, and entire schools through my efforts. As the director of a small business combined with more than 11 years of instructing/teaching graduate and post-graduate education as well as consulting and providing positive solutions since 1995, I have provided both formal and informal education to those seeking to improve their financial basis as well as overall lives in numerous ways. In addition, I had the pleasure of growing up in the multi-cultural demographic center that is Southern California and have travelled the US and the world ever since I was 3 years old. I have over 240+ formal/academic semester credit hours of undergraduate and graduate education, culminating in a Master of Arts (MA) in Diplomacy; International Conflict Management and Resolution and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). This does not include credit for numerous military/government academic, technical, and leadership courses. My wide-spread academic background includes, but is not limited to, Leadership, Management, Foreign Area Studies, Foreign Culture and Religion, International Diplomacy, Conflict Management and Resolution, Law (Basic, International, Real Estate, Military), Ethics, Psychology, Philosophy, Economics (Micro, Macro, and International), Languages (Chinese, Japanese, Spanish), History, Political Science, General Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer), and General Engineering (Aeronautical, Astro, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Energy Systems/Thermodynamics, Systems Design) all of which means that somewhere in my background is an experience that can directly lead to helping you and yours take positive control of your future.
